First, you can get more customers to do business with you the first time. So right now, if you're bringing in 1,000 customers a month, and you bring in 2,000 customers a month by changing your marketing system, you've doubled your business.
Second, you can sell to those customers more often. So right now, if the average customer buys from you twice a year, and you get that customer to buy from you four times a year, you've doubled your business. It's just as simple and easy as that.
Third, you can sell those people higher priced items with bigger profit margins attached to those products and services. For instance, right now if the average sale you are making to your customers is $100, when you average out the number of customers you have and then you take your gross sales for that year, if you just increased that to $200 for the average sale, you've doubled your business.
And it's really that simple. There are lots of different marketing strategies that can be used to bring about those three things, but once you realize how simple it is and that there are only three things, it makes your job so much easier. You can hone in on those three areas. |
