A Little-Known Method To Get Millions Of New People To Come To Your Web Site And Buy From You!

This is a free advertising idea that we’ve seen actually used in some print publications and newsletters. Basically, it’s the idea of writing articles for these publications.

Every single month many magazines are looking for information. These deadlines sneak up on them quickly. In many cases, in niche market magazines, whether it’s gardening, marketing, arts and crafts, or whatever, they’re looking for information from authors, writers, and columnists.

You can write an article on a specific topic and at the end of that article have a little blurb or resource box about a particular product that you’re selling. For example, let’s say that you’re selling a product that pulls weeds out of the ground and leaves no trace of them. There are quite a few of those products on the market. Let’s say to sell that through free advertising you go to a wide variety of these gardening magazines and say “Look, I’ve written an article (you actually have to write the article) on ‘7 Fast, Easy Ways to Get Rid of Weeds’ or ‘Identifying the 10 Worst Weeds for your Lawn’ or ‘How To Make Your Lawn Weed Free in 3 Days or Less.’ I’ve written this article

Of course, in that blurb, or that resource box, then, you give them information (just a little bit) about your new product that pulls weeds out and ties in directly with the article. That’s something that’s worked. That’s a great way to get people to your web site from those print publications. Most marketers never even think of this! Here is a chance to get yourself published in one of your market’s publications that millions of people might be reading - here is a chance to appear to these people that you are an expert in that market - and a chance to promote your products with the assumed trust of being an expert! This is a little-known method to get up to millions of new people to come to your web site and buy from you!

If you have a marketing web site you can have an article about marketing, that says “Seven Hot Ways to Get the Most Money From Your Marketing Effort.” Then you have a link, or web site address, at the end of the article!

The power of it is that it can also be used on the Internet. Let’s look at some of these Internet newsletters. Many of the people on the Internet that have these Internet newsletters are even more stressed out than the people offering the print publications. Imagine the deadline where you’ve got 24 hours to fill out the little Internet newsletter and send it out to people on your list. We’ve talked to some people that do this either daily or weekly and they’re constantly looking for new contents. They’re more than happy to give a link, or a little paragraph about a product, to take someone to your web site in exchange for that content. They are so hungry for it that in some cases they actually go out and hunt it down. They will go to some of these forums and discussion groups looking for writers and columnists and people to give content for their site, for their Internet newsletter. They’re so desperate.

If you have the ability to write something, whether it’s a long article, or short blurbs, or techniques, or hints, tricks, or anything like that, you can get free advertising not only in print publications, but also in some of these Internet newsletters.

You get free advertising in both cases. The power of getting free advertising in the Internet newsletter is, once they’re getting that newsletter by e-mail they’re already on the Internet. So you know they have the ability to go to your web site, plus you can include a live link right at the end of that article for more information so they don’t have to do anything other than click right on it.

Up pops your Internet site and you can have them go directly to a particular page, a particular product, or a particular offer on your site directly from that link and it’s free of charge. If you’ve got some products lying around that you’re selling you don’t even have to write anything yourself. In some cases, you can take information from those products and use that as articles.

Something in the past that We’ve seen done is marketers find a product written by another author and become a distributor for it, asking if it would be possible to pull some information out of that product and use it as an article for some of these print publications. They said, “Sure, great, if it sells more of them we’re all for it - go ahead and do it!” So, in doing that, the marketer was able to get free advertising in print publications, not even writing a single word!

It’s a powerful method and it can be used consistently with the print publications you can do on a monthly basis on the Internet - though you have the power, using that on a weekly or, in some cases, even a daily basis, depending on how much information you can crank out.

How To Get Rich With Unique Graphics And Artwork That You Don’t Even Create Yourself!

this article I am going to show you how to get rich with unique graphics and artwork that you don’t even create yourself. What I am recommending here is that you collect and distribute graphics, logos, and specialized artwork for web sites to use. You would then offer a library of artwork.

People then come to your web site, see different logos, different graphics, and different specialized artwork that they could simply click on, save, and use for their own web site.

Many web sites are in desperate need of logos and graphics. They might have a simple logo, but would like something a little different. Maybe they’d like a few more logos and graphics on their site, and you could provide these for them without having to create them yourself.

I don’t recommend overflowing web sites with graphics. Doing so tends to take away from the sales message of the site. Certain well placed graphics can certainly enhance a web site, though, and help with the viewability of a web site.

With this technique in use, you are going to create a web site that distributes graphics, logos, and specialized artwork for free. You could charge for it, but I wouldn’t recommend it. Instead, what I recommend is that you sell advertising on the web site.

Now, let me back up a little bit and tell you how to go about finding and distributing the artwork and logos since you’re not going to create them. If you are an artist, you could probably create and design logos. I wouldn’t recommend that either, though. Instead, I recommend you go out and search the Internet for other web sites that offer free artwork and graphics that they make available to people who just want to use them.

Basically, you compile a list of artwork and assemble it into one big directory on your web site. You may also arrange to list copy-righted artwork from other web sites as long
as you get their permission - that’s the key!

You don’t want to steal copyrighted material from other web sites, but if you happen to see a graphic that you happen to like, you could look to get permission to use that graphic. You could try to get their permission, and all you have to do to have the ability to give that away is to simply list the owner and have a link to their web site. There are many web sites out there that list free graphics available to you for your use. You could compile graphics using the free sites, too.

I don’t recommend that you sell the artwork and logos. If the graphics are free to begin with, you’re probably not going to make any money selling them anyway. The best way to make money with this technique is to sell advertising.

If you have many, many graphics for a plethora of purposes on your web site, you could be getting tens of thousands of visitors every single day, week, or month who are all coming to your web site to get your free graphics. With that much traffic, you could be selling banner ads and links on your web site for huge profits. You could make money month after month!

One thing that I might also recommend the fact that you’re not limited to logos and artwork. You could make this technique work very well with anything that you compile on your web site and give away free - just about any kind of service that you can compile and give away free.

Take a moment and think about Yahoo and the way they make money, and remember, they’re the biggest search engine on the Internet. They have millions of links, yet they give them away free. People go there and they find sites. They enter a key word, and they find places to go on the Internet.

Last time I checked they charged $88,000.00 for a small front-page banner which would run for two weeks. They make huge profits just because they have a lot of traffic coming to their web site to get the free information they have available.

So there is a lot of money to be made giving away free stuff on your web site and in selling advertising, and my idea to make money by distributing unique logos, graphics, and artwork that you don’t even create is just one way. There are many of other things you can give away for free in order to get the traffic that can allow you to sell the advertising for your web site.

You could reach a hundred thousand people or more every single month to tell them about your web site without spending a penny. It’s true! You can get your ad in front of a hundred thousand people every month with very little effort on your part! It can be absolutely free, or even make you a small profit, before the ads even run.

How? Here’s how!

The secret is advertising in card decks. Now, you know what a card deck is. They’re the postcard size collections of cards that come in the mail, usually in little cellophane bags. They are targeted for almost any market of any size. You can get card decks directed to doctors, to vets, to small business people, television producers, self-publishers. You name it, there’s a card deck for it.

So, what you want to do is find a market that is your target, that other people are interested in reaching, and you want to help them reach that market at an affordable cost.

The bad thing about card decks is their cost. They are sold in packages that reach, generally, 100,000 or 150,000 people or more every time that they’re mailed. But an ad in one of these decks, one card, will cost a minimal of about $1500.

For most small advertisers, that’s a big chunk of money. Even though you couldn’t get a list and mail to that many people on your own for that kind of money, it still is a pretty large chunk of money.

Here’s how you make this work for you and get it for free. You buy a card in the card deck and you divide the card into smaller sized advertisements. Let’s say you put four on one side, and then four on the other. Then you contact other people who are trying to reach the same target markets that you are and who want to go in the same deck that you’re going to go into, and you sell them a small ad on that card.

You don’t charge them the $1500, of course, but you sell those ads for maybe $250 each. With a good headline, and that much space, an ad on a card like that will get a lot of attention.

If you sell those eight ads at the $250, you’ve made $2000. And if the card is only going to cost you $1500, you’ve made a $500 profit before you have started!

But, of course, it’s not what you are looking for. That’s just the gravy ... you’re looking to get your ad for free.

You leave a banner sized space across the face, the top, of each one of those cards - that is where you are going to put your own ad. You’re going to put your headline, a couple of lines of copy, and your web site address, to build the traffic that you’re looking for.

Everybody wins in this example. Because of your effort, your ad is absolutely free. These people all get an ad on a deck for less than they could afford to go into a card deck on their own, and you don’t have to stop at one card. You can do several of these in several different decks, all reaching your target audience.

Another method is to approach a number of sites on the web who have e-zines and newsletters and instead of selling them a full size ad at $250, maybe you charge them something like $50 to participate, and you put more listings on the card.

Essentially, you just ask them to put a line telling the title of their newsletter, and the address they can go to so someone can subscribe to their newsletter for free. You can put a lot more on the card, but you’re going to make your money in a different way.

This time you’re going to put a headline on that card. A headline that says something like, “The Hottest Free Newsletters on the Web” or “The Most Interesting Newsletters on the Web for Investors” or whatever your topic is. And then you’ll list all these newsletters, and their addresses ... But under your banner you’ll say, “You can come to my site and you can subscribe to any, or all, of these at one location.”

So, instead of having to visit all those little sites of newsletters that interest them, they can come to your site. You construct a page on your site that lists all the newsletters and they can click which ones they would like to subscribe to. Many, if not most of the people who read the card will come to your site, click the newsletters that they want to subscribe to and leave their e-mail address, and then you’ll provide that e-mail address to all those people, who have newsletters.

You’ll charge them a dollar apiece for all those names which you provide them. They win because they get to go in on the card for maybe $50 or $75, and then they pay a dollar apiece for every new subscriber they get. It’s a really inexpensive, sure way for them to get subscribers. You could make many dollars from every name!

Most people who come to your site are going to subscribe to several newsletters. They may subscribe to five, six, seven, or ten newsletters. You’ll get $10 for that name. This way your dollars add up very quickly!

It’s a good way for you to get traffic to your site, for you to build subscribers, and again, you got your advertising absolutely free!

What is it? It’s the home shopping revolution.

For over a hundred years people have been buying things by mail. But in the past ten years, there has been an explosion in home shopping. More and more catalogs, thousands of them by mail. The QVC, the Home Shopping Network, and Value Vision, the home shopping networks have emerged.

And now, in recent years, the Internet is the best place for home shopping. You want to take advantage of this, and the way you do that is to design your web site so it’s so easy to shop. You don’t want any problems. You want it all set up in such a way that a person can shop till they drop, and do it so simply.

your site, pick up different items, throw them in the virtual shopping cart just like if they were at Target, or K Mart, or Walmart, and then when they are finished shopping, check out and pay for it simply.

This means you have to take credit cards. Don’t kid yourself. If you are just trying to make people send you checks or money orders, you are making a big mistake. You have to take credit cards to really be doing business on the Internet today. This is the way to get things really rolling.

Here’s another secret that we just learned in Investor’s Business Daily (I.B.D.). We just read about it last week. They’ve talked to thousands of people concerning what they liked about on-line shopping. People said, “Oh, I love to shop at home. I love the ease of it. I love how much fun it is to surf the Internet,” and many other things they said very positively.

Then they asked, “What don’t you like about on-line shopping?” And many things were mentioned like we just covered. It is difficult to buy, and so on, and so forth. But the number one reason people did not like to shop on-line was high shipping and handling costs.

They said, “Hey, we can buy furniture, we can buy books, we can buy music, but often the shipping and handling costs make it more expensive than if we bought it at the local shopping mall.”

In fact, they mentioned one company, E-Toys that sold a children’s book for $4.95 but then had a $4.00 shipping charge. In other words, the shipping and handling charge was almost as much as this darn little book.

A lot of sharp retailers, and on-line e-commerce sellers, are doing this - they are packaging the product and the shipping cost into one price. Let’s say you are selling an item for $25.00 plus $5.00 shipping and handling. It is much smarter to say the cost of this item is $29.95 and no extra for shipping and handling. That seems to really turn people on when they don’t have to pay shipping and handling.

How To Use Internet Auctions to Get People To Pay to Receive Your Sales Material
When They Pay to Receive Your Material - They’re More
Likely To Buy Your Product!

Here’s an idea that’s a little bit different . . . it can help you bring in a lot more sales for your full product and bring people to your website. We have seen this done successfully on several of the Internet Auction sites that we have visited - and it’s how you can use Internet auctions to get people to pay to receive your sales material!

You can use the auction to bring people to your website in order to tell them more about your product - and sell them! If you are selling a high priced product, you might not have the space or want the space to have people read through a long, lengthy sales letter on an auction site.

You can put up a report, for example, that you are selling for maybe just one penny, fifty cents, or one dollar (depending on what it is).You can actually sell that through what we call the Dutch Auction, which is when you have more than one item for sale. That report can then get people to your web site or it can

actually sell a product if you are wanting to do it that way.

(Actually, you can have any number of items on the Internet auction block, but you wouldn’t want to go too high.)

Say you put up that you have fifty of these reports for sale for $1.00, and people bid on them. Then you can deliver it to them electronically! If you have e-mail, you can e-mail the report to them. That report can lead people to your web site or it can lead people directly to a product.

Another take on this, using the same concept, is you can actually sell the report very cheaply just as a vehicle to have that advertising on the auction site. Then go within your listing and put up a link that says, “Click here for more information or to get this report right away!” When people click on the link, it can lead people to your web site.

The reason you would want to do this is, especially if you are selling a high priced product, is because you may not have the space to put a lot of information on the auction site. By doing this, you can lead people to your web site where you can go through a more thorough explanation, and attempt a more thorough job of selling your product to them . . . and that can get more people to go ahead and respond!

If you are selling the product for fifty cents or one dollar and you do have a lot of people buying it, the only hassle you are going to have is that people will be sending you cash, checks, money orders, and if you take credit cards they will be wanting it billed to their credit card for that small fee. We presume (we have never done this ourselves) that one way you can get around that is, if you are selling it for a penny, tell people that you are waiving that penny charge once people say they have won the auction. That way you don’t have to handle the hassle of getting hundreds of pennies in the mail or hundreds of dollars in the mail. Still, that could be nice to get!

This is just something you can do to help sell the higher priced products that you might be offering. Bring people to your web site using the Internet Auctions to sell those higher priced packages. When people pay to receive your materials - they’re more likely to buy your product! If they’re really interested enough to send a little money for information on it, they are very interested . . . and they’re great prospects!

How Just A Little, Teeny Tiny Amount Of Time Each Day Can Lead You TO HUGE SUCCESS!

There are a lot of times that T.J. and I talk about people who find success with little more than a postage stamp, but it really does take more than that. It takes initiative.

When you study the lives of all the people who have made it big, you will find they are all people who made a habit of taking action. A lot of people have great ideas in the shower, but by the time they dry off and get dressed, the idea is gone.

Many people have great ideas, but how many people take action?

What I want to share with you is one bit of advice - use some of the techniques we discuss and illustrate to constantly develop product every single day. Take this very seriously.

Here’s the principle: all you do is invest a very small amount of time into developing new products every single day. It’s really simple. Put it into your schedule. Do it at the same time every day, like when you first get up in the morning and are drinking coffee.

If you just write one page every day, you’ll have over 300 pages for the year! How long is it going to take you to write one page? That depends. It’s slow going at first, but you build up steam as you go. Some people can write a page in 10 minutes, some people 45 minutes. On average you’ll have a nice page written with just 30 to 45 minutes a day’s work. And every year you’ll have added 300 pages added to your product arsenal.

Or, if you’re like we are and you like to record because it’s so easy to do so, spend 15 minutes a day recording. It may take you 20 minutes to come up with the notes that you’re going to write down in order to come up with your 15 minutes of recording, but you do that for 5 days a week.

If you spend 30 minutes in front of a microphone 5 days a week, every month you’re going to produce 8 45-minute audio cassette tapes!

JUST DO IT! You put it into your schedule, and start developing products that you know your customers will want to buy. Not only are you creating 8 audio cassette tapes that are equivalent, once transcribed, to 150 to 175 pages of new material that you have printed, plus the 8 tapes. Plus, you can recycle all of that information and use it again and again and again.

Think of this almost as a hobby. Do it every single day. You’ll get good at it and it will start becoming fun.

We tell a story at our seminars quite often about T.J.’s Dad’s wife. She took one look at one of the first products we ever produced, threw it on the floor, and said, “This is crap.” It really embarrassed me, T.J., and T.J.’s Dad. The fact is, she was right!

I can look back on it years later and say she was right. But to the customers who bought that product, it was really good, really helpful information. We did upgrade that product. It went through 7 or 8 editions, and finally it ended up being a great product after a few years. But it doesn’t have to be good - it just has to be good enough.

So give yourself a break here. You’re selling information. Nobody expects you to be a great writer or a great communicator. What they expect you to do is give value for the money, and it helps if you really have an interest in what you’re writing or communicating about. Your customers can sense that.

I think that is extraordinarily important for you to remember. It will make up for all of the liabilities. A little enthusiasm and interest in what you’re trying to communicate makes up for a lot of other bad qualities... we ought to know!

Dan Kennedy, who is one of our heroes, is a guy who produces many, many different informational products. He’s got about 7 or 8 books in the bookstores, and he’s always coming up with new things.

4 or 5 years ago T.J. and I sat down with at a Mexican dinner in Phoenix, Arizona, and I asked, “Dan, how in the world do you come up with all of this material?” He is always coming out with a new book, and he writes his stuff all the time.

He said, “I get up every morning at 5:00, and by 5:05 AM every morning I’m writing. I do this every day for 45 minutes a day. I don’t care whether I’m feeling great or I’m feeling sick or I stayed up until 3:00 in the morning the day before and I’m dead tired. I do it every single day, and it builds up.”

It’s a very simple concept, and I hope that you are getting it. Just a little bit can really add up, no matter what technique you use from all of the great techniques, methods, and strategies that we share with you. If you just use them a little bit every day, you’re going to build something that is going to be worth a tremendous amount of money!

The Most Powerful Word In The Seller’s Dictionary!

The most powerful word you will ever use in your sales copy will be the word FREE! Use this word over and over again and you could soon be rich! How is it possible to give something away for FREE and still make money? You have to be careful what you give away! In other words, if your profit margin on your product is $25 each, don’t give away a free bonus that costs you $30 each! You would lose $5.00 on each sale!

Instead, your goal is to find a product that has the highest retail value but actually costs you the least amount of money!

One person we know has been giving away a free product that has a value of over $100.00, but only costs him less than 25 cents! What is it? He actually got in touch with a few magazines that his customers would be interested in subscribing to. He told those magazine editors that he would like to give away free sample issues or subscriptions to his customers. In short, he now sends out to his customers, as a free bonus, certificates for free issues or sample subscriptions to a few different magazines. His cost is in the paper that he prints those certificates on! His printer charges him about 5 cents per page, so a couple of pages with the certificates costs him less than 25 cents easily!

This is just to show you how easy it can be to come up with a free bonus that doesn’t cost you much, but has a high value to the customer! Whatever you do, you should try to come up with something that you can give away to your customers for free!

The amazing thing is that customers really know in their mind that there is no such thing as free! But, when they hear the word “free,” it triggers an emotional sense that makes them feel that they are getting a good deal on whatever they are buying! This is why, when you really want to catch a reader’s attention, you should use the word “free” in your sales copy!

Don’t Throw That "Junk Mail" In The Trash . . .It Could Be Your Key To Finding A Product That Could Make You Thousands Of Dollars!

Stay in tune with the things that are working for other people. That will show you exactly which mail-order products will sell - and which ones won’t. Keep swipe files, and study other ads to figure out what’s working and what’s not.

When most people look at ads and sales letters, they are very passive. They even have a name for direct mail that you might have used a time or two in your life: "JUNK MAIL." If you get the right offer to the right person through the right kind of media, then it’s not junk mail. It may be junk to some people, but to other people it’s a treasure.

For the marketer, all direct mail is valuable. It can be used as models to develop and create their own valuable sales message material. You can lift ideas and concepts from it. You can gather new information.

There is a different mind set that is key. Ideas are everywhere, and you can borrow them from all sorts of different direct mail ads and sales letters.
