Five Super Ways You Can
Make Your Ads Incredibly Profitable! |
| |
|
There are five ways you can make your ad extremely
profitable. Many companies, including us, use these to give
ads the utmost profit potential we possibly can. These steps
work for us, and they could work for you, too!
Follow these five steps, and you will design your ad to be
a SUPER SALES MACHINE that will crank out dollars like
crazy!
1. You must get the reader’s
attention. Remember, you’re trying to flag down
the prospects who are most likely to become your best
customers and get their attention and interest. People read ad
copy very passively, and you have to grab their attention from
the moment they first see your ad and keep their interest
throughout your ad copy. If you don’t chances are that your
copy will end up in their trashcan - and you won’t get their
money.
2. You must show the reader the offer’s benefits
and advantage. The only reason people buy is
because they want the end result that the product or service
will give to them. The only thing they care about is what’s in
it for them. A lot of real thought has to go into this
initially. You have to think what the biggest benefit your
product or service provides that would attract the most number
of customers and prospects. In a small ad it’s even more
important to give the prospects and customers the strongest,
most powerful benefit that you have to offer right at the
beginning. |

'I’ve learned
ruthless concentration. I can write under
any circumstances. . . street noises,
loud talk, music, you name it.' |
| -Sylvia

|
3. You must prove your claims. Whether
your ad copy contains testimonials from happy, satisfied
customers or some other form of data backing up what you say,
you have to go to great lengths to prove that what you claim
in your copy is true. Prospects and customers are skeptical
people. They’ve been ripped off before. Tell them, show them,
and do your best to convince them that YOU’RE not trying to
rip them off as well!
4. You must persuade the reader to grasp the
advantages of the value, quality, and benefits being
offered.
You have to convince your prospects
and customers that you really do have something great for them
. . . something that no one else can provide them . . .
something special - something that will help them overcome
their problems and help them make their dreams and goals come
to fruition.
5. You must tell the reader to act. You
have to make it as easy as you possibly can for them to react
to your offer. The less work it is, the better. You have to
tell them to act, and show them how easy it is for them to do
business with you. |

A Nine Million
Dollar Message For Blowing Away Your
E-Zine Competition! |
| |
|
I am going to jump in here and give some more information
about e-zines. I am going to give a nine million dollar
message for blowing away your e-zine competition
One of the challenges with e-zines and electronic
newsletters is, because it is so effective, a lot of companies
are jumping on the band wagon and starting up their own. I
don’t know if anybody out there has had this problem, but I go
out and sign up for five, ten, or fifteen. All of a sudden
they are coming every week and I have to decide, in my busy
schedule, which ones I read and which ones I don’t read.
Pretty soon the ones that I don’t read I un-subscribe.
And that’s a real challenge. E-zines are very popular right
now, but that’s because they’re so effective. If you want to
blow away your e-zine competition and be one of the top
e-zines that people read constantly, you’ve got to use some
tricks to make sure that your e-zine does get read and goes to
the top of the list.
I’ve got a nine million dollar message for helping you do
that.
Number one - you can have an ongoing prize drawing. Every
single week, every single month, or however often your e-zine
comes out, you can offer a prize to your subscribers. It can
be a discount off of your products. It can be a free product
at your site. It can actually be cash if you want it to be.
But the only thing they have to do is sign up for your e-zine.
It is an absolutely free sign-up. Just offer that prize every
week or every month, and you will find people coming in to
find out (1) what your prize is for that week, so they want to
read your e-zine to find out what your prize is, and (2) find
out if they won. Certainly you want to contact the person
directly and not just notify them in the e-zine. But people
are curious. “Who won that product? Who is the winner?” You
can even have runner-up prizes. You can have a grand prize and
then two other prizes for other people. |
| |
'Attention to a subject depends
upon our interest in it.' |
| -Tyron
Edwards |
'Concentrate on finding your
goal, then concentrate on reaching
it.' |
| -Colonel Michael
Friedsman | | | | |
| |
|
That is one way to get people every week, every month, or
whenever your e-zine comes out, to open it up, read it, and be
excited about getting your e-zine. That is really what you
want, and that’s what these tricks are going to do.
Get people excited about getting your e-zine because I know
right now when I get e-zines, unless it is one of the top ones
that I am always excited about reading, I actually dread some
of them coming in. It’s like, “I would like to get to it, but
I’ve got so much other work to do. I’ll file it away here on
my e-mail software.” Pretty soon I’ve got a hundred of these
that I’ve never read and I just delete them. You want people
to be so excited that they will take a moment to read through
it, or print it off and read it later. |
| |
'When a man knows he is to be
hanged in a fortnight, it concentrates his
mind wonderfully.' |
| -Samuel
Johnson |
'Success is dependent on
effort.' |
| -Sophocles | | | | |
| |
|
The second way to get people into your e-zine is to offer
original content that they can’t get anywhere else. I believe
having original content on your e-zine that is cutting edge
and brand new information is important.
One of the challenges with e-zines is they’re having a
difficult time writing original content every single week. So
they go out and they have some authors contribute to their
e-zines. What you find now is you might subscribe to ten
e-zines and they all have the same articles.
That’s not exciting to people! If you’ve got the same old
run of the mill articles in your e-zine that everybody else
has, why would anybody want to open up yours and read it? They
can go read another one and get the exact same content.
You need to make sure, whether it’s just a paragraph, a
tip, or a whole article, that you’ve got some original content
in your e-zine that people can not get anywhere else.
Number 3 - You might have a quiz or trivia in your e-zine.
You might have a quick question about whatever your niche is
that you are serving. You might have a trivia that you might
answer way down at the end. |
| |
'When I stop (working), the rest
of the day is posthumous. I’m only
really alive when I’m working.' |
| -Tennessee
Williams |
'An ounce of action is worth a
ton of theory.' |
| -Friedrich
Engels | | | | |
| |
|
People like this type of thing. It is kind of a brain
teaser. I wouldn’t just throw it in there arbitrarily - you
definitely want to have it focused on what your niche is
interested in. It is something interesting that stimulates
them, though. “Hey, I wonder what the quiz is this week or
what the trivia is this week.”
Number 4 - You want to offer news related to your e-zine
topic. People are so busy right now that if you can take some
of the hottest headlines from your niche market and include
them in your e-zine, they’re realizing that you are offering
them a separate service.
They now don’t have to go out to all these different web
sites serving their market. They can now go to your e-zine,
open it up when they get it, and you’re going to have the top
things that they need to know in their market. That is a great
service and it gets people to read your e-zine.
Number 5 - You might have a poll or a survey. This is great
for product development. You ask them their specific buying
habits. You ask them what they like and what they don’t like.
You ask them different things that would interest them, have
them respond, and then in the next issue you publish the
results.
People are going to read that next issue after they’ve
responded to a poll or survey because they want to know what
the results are. This is a great way to create products,
because you can ask people, “What is your one major problem in
this market?” If you find that 80% of the people have the same
problem, you can create a product to solve that problem and
sell it to those people who are now subscribing to your
e-zine. That can not only be a great way to get people
involved in your e-zine but also to also create
products. |
| |
'The happy people are those who
are producing something.' |
| -William Ralph
Inge |
'Employment is
nature’s physician, and is essential to
human happiness.' |
| -Galen | | | | |
| |
|
Number 6 - Jokes. People like jokes. I wouldn’t use humor
excessively. You might at the very end of your newsletter
offer just a quick joke of the day, or something that is funny
that they would be interested in. A little bit of humor in an
e-zine never hurts, but you don’t want to over-do it.
Number 7 - Free stuff. People love things that are free,
and if you offer maybe one hot free thing that your niche
market would be interested in in your e-zine, people are going
to open that up to find out what freebie they are going to get
this week.
There are a lot of things out on the Internet that are
free. Believe me, in just a few moments of searching, you can
have a list of ten, or twenty, or thirty things that are
absolutely free of charge for your niche market. You only have
to offer maybe one, two, or three every single e-zine issue
and people are going to want to open it up and find out what
it is.
Number 8 - Recommended web sites. There are so many web
sites on the Internet right now that you’re going to give your
e-zine subscribers a great service (you’re going to do them a
great service) if you will offer them five recommended web
sites every single issue of your e-zine. |
| |
'A
professional is someone who can do his
best work when he doesn’t feel like
it.' |
| -Alistair
Cooke |
'Never desert your own line of
talent. Be what nature intended you
for, and you will succeed.' |
| -Sydney
Smith | | | | |
| |
|
You’ve got to remember, people are constantly bombarded
with web sites, so they go to the search engines, they do a
search, and 100,000 web sites pop up, and they’re not sure
which ones to go to. If you do a little bit of searching and
offer a service where you say, “Look, open up the e-zine. Here
towards the end there are five of the hottest recommended web
sites for this week.” you’re going to get a lot of people
opening up that e-zine. Remember, that is what you want them
to do. Looking for the e-zine, opening it up, and reading
through it to get information.
Number 9 - You always want to offer a teaser for the next
issue. You want to give them a reason to look for the next
e-zine. I am amazed that people don’t do this more often
because once they’ve read that e-zine issue, it is a good
possibility that when the next one comes up they might
remember what you offered in the previous one.
“In the next issue we’re going to give you the seven
hottest tips for this and the six hottest tips for this.” and,
“We just found an amazing freebie for free software that
normally costs you $100.00.” If you do something like that, it
is going to stick in their brain and they’re going to look for
that next issue and be very excited about it versus, “I’ve got
100 e-zines here. Which ones should I pick?” |
| |
'It
is only when I am doing my work that I feel
truly alive. It is like having

'The fun of being alive is
realizing that you have a talent and you
can use it every day, so it grows
stronger. . . And if you’re in an atmosphere
where this talent is appreciated instead
of just tolerated, why, it’s just as good as
sex.' |
| -Lou
Centlivre | | | | |

|
I’ll run through them quickly again.
- Ongoing prize drawing
- Original content
- Quiz or trivia
- News related to the e-zine topic
- Polls or surveys
- Jokes
- Free stuff

- Teaser for the next issue
If you use all nine of those million dollar methods, your
e-zine is going to go to the top of their reading list and
they’re going to be very excited about it! |

Five Ways You Can Use
Optimism To Help You SUCCEED! |
| |
|
Here are five ways to stop living from paycheck to
paycheck! Here is how to take your ideas and put them into a
specific formula. These will help you transform your ideas
into huge amounts of money:
1. Problem Focusing - Optimists are planners. They examine
the situation, and then, as much as they can do something
about it, try to resolve it.
Optimists take action sooner. They act quickly to prevent
small work assignments from mushrooming into big overwhelming
jobs. They break big problems down into smaller, more
manageable problems. Optimists tend to formulate subgoals or
intermediate steps that will help them eventually reach their
ultimate goal.
You can apply this step-by-step approach to any
overwhelming commitment or obligation. If you plan to write a
book, for example, the enormity of the project could be
daunting, unless you say something like, “I can write five
pages a day, so I can write a chapter a week,” etc. |
| |
'God sells us all things at the
price of labor.' |
| -Leonardo da
Vinci |
'I
get satisfaction of three kinds. One
is creating something, one is being paid
for it and one is the feeling that
I haven’t just been sitting on my ass all
afternoon.' |
| -William F.
Buckley | | | | |
| |
|
2. Perseverance - Stimulated by positive emotions and past
successes, optimists keep going when others might quit.
Problems often have unexpected repercussions, beyond the
effects on morale or finances. Optimists have a certain amount
of tunnel vision that keeps them focused on their goal.
3. Positive Solutions - People who think positively tend to
emerge from difficult situations thinking:
I have developed a greater trust in my judgments.
I must modify my personal or career goals to more closely
match my true interests, abilities, or values.
I have gained confidence in my ability to handle other
difficulties.
I have discovered I can rely on others to help me get a job
done.
These types of thoughts allow a person to feel that he/she
has a chance to improve. There is much confidence and
satisfaction to be gained from getting through a problem and
being able to say, AI handled that pretty well.@
4. Social Support - Optimists believe others can help. They
tend to talk to others about a problem and follow pertinent
advice.
5. Acceptance or Resignation - Optimists are realists. They
seem to know instinctively when to charge forward and when to
back off. When reason tells them a situation is out of their
hands, they accept it and focus on situations they can
control.
Instead of focusing on the cause of a problem, pessimists
become preoccupied with anger, hurt, frustration, or other
emotional distress. In short, they get upset and give up.
This is why some people never make any money no matter how
hard they try - and no matter what they do! They allow
themselves to get overwhelmed. They let the negative energy
shut them down before they even get started. Don’t let this
happen to you! |

Why You Should Put A
Price On Your Newsletter - Even If It’s Free! |
| |
|
Now if you’re a smart cookie, we think you should put a
price on that newsletter, even though you are giving it away
free. Put a price of $79 or $99 and more, because that really
makes people think they’re getting value. Also, put a time
limit on it. “For a limited time to build our subscription
base, we are offering our $99 XYZ newsletter absolutely free.
But you must respond by the 15th of the month.”
People anticipate receiving a newsletter, and one reason
that they will keep it is because they don’t have to read it
right at the time.
If I come in Monday morning and find about forty pieces of
e-mail, which I have, I throw most of them out without hardly
looking at them. If I see something is a newsletter, I set it
aside. I might not read it till that night or tomorrow, but
I’m going to look at it.
We think we should set up a newsletter for almost any
marketer. We think that if you’re a marketer, you should set
up a newsletter. This is how to e-mail your way to an online
fortune.
There is so much information on the Internet ... there are
so many authors who are experts in the subject matter that you
cover!
You could agree to publish their articles in your
newsletter, and at the end of the article you will give their
address or a little blurb about exactly what they have to
sell. It’s a good way to get free content! |

How To Get
Internet Auction Products For Dirt Cheap And Re-Auction
It For BIG BUCKS! |
| |
|
We think that it’s a brilliant idea to go to Sites that are
kind of quiet with product just sitting there because there
aren’t enough people looking at it.
Profit in sales comes from the fact that you are able to
make or obtain product to sell, then you sell the product with
a markup in price that provides you with profit. That’s the
basic secret of making money with sales.
The Internet auction market is a new thing - it has really
exploded only in the last five years. eBay is leading the
charge, and there are a lot of other start-up Internet auction
houses scrambling to get organized and gain popularity with
the online consumers.
Some of these are expansions of current commercial
websites, such as Amazon.com’s auction site. Others are just
new auction sites. Whatever the case, these are people that
have realized by witnessing success stories such as eBay that
Internet auctions are the wave of the future.
However, since eBay is currently first and foremost by a
wide majority in the Internet auction market, they attract the
most people, the most bidding - and therefore products sold
over eBay make the most money for those who are offering them
up for auction. |
| |
'A
perfect poem is impossible. Once it has
been written, the world would end.' |
| -Robert
Graves |
'The man with insight enough to
admit his limitations comes nearest to
perfection.' |
| -Johann von
Goethe | | | | |
| |
|
This means that the other auction sites have less people
visiting them, a smaller variety of things they get to auction
off, and, ultimately, their auctions end up bringing in less
money.
This is where YOU come in. There are many products that are
auctioned off at these sites that go for far less than they
could if they were on one of the larger Internet auction
sites. You could go to these sites, bid on products that end
up going cheap, then turn right around and offer them on eBay
to potentially make much more money! This is how to get
Internet auction products for dirt cheap and re-auction it for
big bucks!
Since the big auction sites like eBay attract such a larger
audience, there will be more people bidding on those items.
That equals more people who will really want it, higher
bidding by the prospects, and it could all add up to more
money being made by the person who auctions off the
items! |

How To Give
Something Away FREE - And Make More Money Doing
It! |
| |
|
Did you know that many businesses are giving something away
for FREE to their customers - and getting rich by doing it?
Not many people realize this, but when you offer something for
free, it increases your front-end response. Then, you can
build a bigger customer base to mail your back-end offers to!
It really works!
Millions of dollars have been made with this one secret
alone! Let’s take a look at some real-life examples of how
this method really works to make more money!
A photographer will offer a free 8 X 10 photo. Well, sure
he/she loses money on the photo but, he will make money by 1)
The sitting fee, 2) The frames he may sell you, 3) Future
pictures you have taken by him/her.
A Music Club will offer you 10 CDs for 1 penny! Sure, they
lose money up front, but they are betting that you will buy
more CDs in the future, and they know that they can make their
money back quickly!
A Direct-Response Marketer will give away a book valued at
$25. Sure, they lose money on the book, buy they have studied
the market and know that on average they will make their money
back selling that person other related back-end
materials! |

who finishes last in medical school?
They call him Doctor!' |
| -Abe
Lemons |
'A
good garden may have some weeds.' |
| -Thomas
Fuller | | | | |
| |
|
These are powerful examples of how you can give away
something for FREE and get your money back on the back-end by
offering other products for sale! Try to come up with
something that you can give away on the front-end. Here are a
couple of guidelines to follow:
- Make it inexpensive to produce, for example, a paper and
ink product that may only cost you a dollar or so to copy.
- Make it have high perceived value. Your customer needs
to think that you are getting the short end of the deal!

How To Let Your Customers
Know That They Are Getting The Bargain Of A
Lifetime! |
| |
|
It is very important for your customer to feel that they
are getting a good deal. Everyone knows that. But, it is very
important for your customer to feel that they are getting THE
BARGAIN OF A LIFETIME right now! You must convince them that
now is the time to buy so that they will get that special
bargain. Here are some pointers that will help you convey that
message to your prospects:
1. Dramatize the facts. This is very
important. For example, if your product helped a guy earn
$10,000 a month, don’t just tell it like that. Tell the whole
story. Tell how he started out with $250 to his name, and
turned it into $10,000 a month within 6 months!
2. Present your facts in a human-interest context.
You must present your message in a
straight-forward, easy-to-understand way! Present your message
in easy-to-read English, and don’t use big confusing words!
Also, don’t present your story from your point-of-view. Always
tell the story from the customer’s position. Put them right
into your situation.Show them enjoying the benefits they will
get from your product! |
| |
'I
don’t like a man to be too efficient. He’s
likely to be not human enough.' |
| -Felix
Frankfurter |
'Friendships aren’t perfect, and
yet they are very precious. For me,
not expecting perfection all in one place
was a great release.' |
| -Letty Cottin
Pogrebin | | | | |
| |
|
3. Use specifics. Be sure to give all
the details related to your offer. How did your product
originate? Why was it created? What was the need for your
product? Be very specific!
4. Always include testimonials. Be sure
to tell your prospects what other people thought about your
products. Even if you have to solicit the testimonials from
your customers, your prospects will still believe what a
customer says over what you say. To cover yourself, you should
always get permission to use a customer’s testimonial. And,
whenever possible, be sure to use their full name and the city
and state where they are from! It adds to the
believability!
5. If your price is higher or lower than the
competition, always tell why. Unless your price is
exactly the same as the competition, which it probably isn’t,
you will need to tell your customers why that is. Is your
price higher because you give them full customer support
(unlike the competition) for one full year after the sale? Is
your price lower because you don’t bill them every month, and
that cuts down on the paperwork expenses? Whatever the
situation, your customer must always know the “why” behind
it!
If you will follow these five guidelines, you will get more
of your customers to believe what you are saying, and that
will lead to more and more sales for you! |

Make Money With Any Product
- NO MATTER WHAT IT IS! |
| |
|
Most people spend too much time worrying about the product
or service they want to sell. Don’t waste your time doing
this. Instead, follow these three simple steps, and you can
make money with any product:
- Pick something - anything - that is selling right now.
- Study the market.
- Intimately know why people buy it - and who these people
are.
- Where is it selling NOW?
- What type of ads and sales letters - and sales messages
are being used NOW?
- What are the 100 main selling points? Make a list. Then
prioritize them.
- What are the additional related products and services
that could be sold to the first-time buyers? Keep a list and
add to it.
- Create your front-end marketing strategy to bring in new
customers on the initial sale. Begin testing your ads.
- Develop related back-end products/services for your
customers. Sell these to them. Then, adapt your sales
material to the rest of your prospects and customers.
- Repeat this process to bring in new customers. Then
focus on re-selling them. Continue to use the promotions
that work the best to attract new customers.

“Indirect Publicity”
Can Make You Up To $250,000+ A YEAR! |
| |
|
This idea works best for local businesses, but it can also
work on a national level: Start a non-profit charity function,
event, activity or organization. The newspapers and television
stations can give this FREE PUBLICITY. Or, if you start an
organization, you can get plenty of FREE PUBLICITY from all of
your members.
You can profit greatly from this heavy exposure. Your
company or product could be raffled off, or given away as a
door prize. Your product, service, or company can get indirect
publicity that could be worth up to a quarter of a million
dollars a year or more. |

From Broke to Billions! How
An Ordinary Woman Used The Internet To Go From Almost
Broke To A Net Worth Of $3.5 BILLION In One Single
Year! |
| |
|
This story is so AMAZING . . .
The woman who was the head-honcho of E-Bay went from a
person who has spent about a hundred thousand of her own money
and was almost broke, to a person who now owns the company (an
Auction Site on the Internet) that has given her a paper worth
in stocks and that type of thing of about 3.5 billion
dollars.
So she’s gone from just about broke to being a billionaire
in less than one year! From Broke to Billions! This is how an
ordinary woman used the Internet to go from almost broke to a
net worth of $3.5 BILLION in one single year! And the same
could happen for YOU! |

Laughing All The Way To
The Bank! How One Man Turned A Simple Joke Into Millions
Of Dollars on The Internet! |
| |
|
One of the guys who really started it all was the guy with
the Site that had a joke every day. You would send him a
dollar and I guess thousands and thousands of people sent him
dollars in the mail.
He would send you a joke every day, and a lot of people had
this at their office: sales people, accountants, anybody. When
they opened their e-mail they’d get a good laugh at least from
one.
And in there, he would sell advertising. He didn’t even
have any products. No shipping. No inventory. He just sold
advertisements that would go in with the joke.
People would see the joke and they had the option to either
just erase it, delete it, or a percentage of them would see
what you were saying (a link) and they’d click on it. And they
can track those click-throughs. So when they had proof of the
click-throughs of thousands of people (the impressions on the
ad) then of course more and more people wanted to buy an ad
and his joke everyday. |

This e-mail, as long as it contains something of value
besides a sales pitch, is welcome in their mailbox.
Laughing all the way to the bank! How one man turned a
simple joke into millions of dollars on the Internet! It’s
absolutely true. What a great idea! That’s the magical power
of the Internet and, again, the computers are involved so they
can keep track for you.
When you buy ads in magazines you’ve got to take some
salesman’s word and maybe if you’re lucky, the magazine’s
audited by an outside girl to tell you exactly how many copies
they’ve delivered.
But they can never tell you how many people will actually
see your ad and respond to it. On the Internet, this type of
advertising is quite often tracked by computers and can
literally tell you: we delivered 33,000 impressions to your ad
today. There are actually people out there now charging by the
impression! |

Seven Ways To Sell Your
Product Or Service Like Crazy! |
| |
|
Here’s a simple 7-step formula we’ve used to sell millions
of dollars worth of our products and services:
- Attract the “right audience” for your product, service,
and sales message. Remember, you’re only trying to reach a
certain type of person. The clearer you are about this, the
more POWER your sales material will have.
- Capture and hold your readers’ attention. You do this by
talking about them, not you, by talking about their
interests, not yours, by giving them the most compelling
reasons why you can give them what they want.
- Create desire for whatever you’re selling by using the
right copy. Personalize your copy by writing to just one
person. Put the reader in the picture. Make them “own” the
benefits you’re offering by making these seem real.
- PROVE what you’re saying is true.

'All that I have accomplished has
been by that plodding,
patient, persevering process of accretion
which builds the ant heap particle

fact.' |
| -Elihu
Burritt | | | | |
| |
|
Make the reader trust you by giving them examples. Give
them testimonials from other satisfied customers. Show them
statistics or vital facts and figures. These things build a
strong case for whatever you’re selling.
- Establish your credibility and eliminate their fear of
getting cheated. Always tell your readers about yourself,
even if you’re writing to a customer who already knows you.
Remind them about your Unique Selling Position (U.S.P.).
Remind them of all the reasons they can trust you, and why
YOU are different from everyone else who is selling similar
products and services.
- Make it easy for them to take action and send you their
money. Give your customers a strong guarantee. Take all the
risk off of their shoulders and put it on your own. Let them
know they’ll get a full (no questions asked) refund if
they’re not 100% happy. Also, make your ordering
instructions crystal clear. Give them several ordering
options by letting them call in their order, fax it, or mail
it to you.
- Give them a reason to act NOW! Make them a compelling
offer. Make it so irresistible it’s hard to pass up! Limit
your offer so it can expire any time. This creates a sense
of urgency and makes them want to buy right away.
Following these steps can help you sell huge amounts of
your products and services, just as it has for us. These steps
are proven to make money. Think about the ways you can use
these steps. Study how others are using them now. Create. Find
all the ways to use these steps in your next promotion, and
you can sell your product or service like crazy. |
